Key Responsibilities:

• Develop individualized care plans and goals in collaboration with young persons and their families.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or a related field.

• State license as a Social Worker.

• Previous experience in social work, counseling, or a related field is preferred.
