We are seeking a passionate and experienced Teaching Professional to join our team in Birmingham. In this role, you will work closely with young individuals, offering personalized educational and life skills support to help them develop independence and confidence in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Academic Tutoring: Deliver personalized teaching sessions at home, focusing on core subjects to improve students' knowledge and competence at their own pace.

• Life Skills Development: Assist students in enhancing essential life skills, including budgeting, cooking, time management, and updating their placement plans.

• Individualized Support: Provide one-on-one support that caters to each student's unique needs, fostering an environment that encourages independence and self-confidence.

• Collaborative Planning: Work closely with students to create and update personalized learning plans that align with their educational and personal development goals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working with youth, preferably in an educational or mentoring capacity.

• Strong communication and instructional skills, with the ability to engage and motivate young people.
